Our 3-Stage Plan

There are 3 stages to developing a solid financial and accounting system for your business, and there are costs associated with each step. The exact cost will depend on the complexity and urgency of your particular situation, but this outline should give you a general understanding of what you can expect when you work with Diamant Accounting.

1. Assessment

Business & personal financial assessment

Diagnosis before prescription.

For most small businesses, the owner is a key income producer which means the personal and business finances are closely linked from a profitability and tax standpoint. That’s why we start with a paid financial assessment that covers both sides, so we can help you optimize your total finances for maximum benefits.

The initial assessment is $1,000 for businesses under $1m in annual revenue, and $1,500 for business with more.

2. Onboarding

Set up, clean-up, and triage

Set yourself up for success by starting right.

After the initial assessment, we create an action plan for how to get you where you want to go. We may need to file back-taxes, migrate your books to QBO (QuickBooks Online), set up a different chart of accounts, get your bookkeeping caught up, and/or anything else that is revealed during the initial assessment.

The bad news is, the more issues you have, the more expensive this part of the process will be. The good news is, we will get it all sorted out so your business can move forward and thrive.
